Yet another moral panic involving the nation's teenagers: this time it's digital drugs.

Yep, those panicked by the threat of head shops (can't have people selling mood altering substances legally under proper supervision now, can we, best leave that stuff to the drug dealers etc), must now turn their attention to the threat of mood altering mp3 files.
