Whilst I am in no way suggesting that people in Europe are being oppressed to anything like the degree Eastern Europe was pre-1989, I do wish the EU would relax its controls on certain things. e.g. online gambling - see http://www.right2bet.net for how the EU continues to stifle freedom of choice in this area.
